The NEO Friendship Card

We acknowledge the vital role played by our friends and regular customers in the life of NEO.  The NEO Friendship Card is one way we can say “THANK YOU”.

The NEO Friendship Card is a point based loyalty rewards program. Cards are free and each customer is entitled to one card.

Activating Your Card

Upon receiving your application details the NEO website will automatically email an activation code to your registered email address. This is a unique security code generated by the system, which ensures that only you can activate your card via the link provided in the email.

Click the link to send the activation code to the neo-bar.com website. Once you have input your choice of password, your card is automatically activated.

You may now logon online at any time using your email address and password to check or redeem your loyalty points.

How Does It Work?

Once you have activated your card, every baht you spend at NEO earns you 1 point.

Show the barman your NEO Friendship Card at the time of purchase and the bar computer system will automatically add the number of points earned by that purchase to your personal NFC account.

As your points increase you will become eligible for the various redemption gifts available at that time. You may check your balance and activity at any time via the neo-bar.com membership option

Terms & Conditions

1. NFC membership cards are free
2. Customers are entitled to 1 NFC membership card only.
3. The NFC membership card remains the property of NEO bar.
4. NFC cards need to be activated prior to first use.
5. Every one [1] baht spent purchasing drinks at regular price at NEO earn the cardholder one [1] point.
6. To receive NFC points for drinks bought at NEO, the cardholder must show the card to the barman at the time of purchase.
7. The online system may take up to 10 days to fully update.
8. To claim rewards, the cardholder must verify his claim to the reward by showing the barman at NEO his NFC card and proving his identity with ID card or passport.
9. All alcohol rewards must be consumed in NEO bar.
10. Any mixers or ice the cardholder wishes to consume with the free reward bottle of whiskey have to be purchased from NEO bar at normal prices.
11. NFC card may not earn points for the purchase of reduced price drinks under any other promotion offered at NEO. Please check with the bar staff prior to ordering.
12. Cardholders may redeem credits singly or in multiples at any time during NEO normal hours of operation.
13. Cardholders may opt to be notified by e-mail of the status of their NFC account minimum every quarter.
14. All NFC account details are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
